A membership application must be filled out completely. You can either print it out and return the completed form to a Club or you can fill out the form online. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and must include the required paperwork and membership fee.
We serve youth ages 5 to 18 years old. There are no other membership requirements.
Membership fees for the school year are $5.00 per child depending on Club location and funding sources.
During the summer, our Club sites will be open all-day from 7:30am-6:00pm. During the school year, our Club sites are open 2:30-7:00pm depending on the Club location.

We highly recommend a minimum attendance of three times or more a week.
Our all-day Club sites provide breakfast, lunch and a snack.

We currently do not serve students who are currently in or just completed PreK. We serve ages kindergarten through 12th grade.
