STEPS TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:
The application will ask you to select a Club location. Please select Santa Fe South.
Each child should have their own membership application. If you have children with different last names, please note that on the application so we can make sure both of your children are on our list as family members.
There is limited availability, so apply soon!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have filled out the membership application, it will be reviewed and you will received an email or phone call saying whether or not the application is approved.
Your child/ren cannot attend the Club until you have been notified. Please keep an eye out for a text or email! If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
