Former Club kid and Sacramento Kings' Forward Darnell Jackson stopped by BGCOKC Monday July 11th to spend some time with current club members and share some words of wisdom.

Jackson hung out with the kids, worked out in the Wes Welker Fitness Center and even played basketball just as he had when he was a member here. Jackson expressed that he felt honored and privileged to be at the club. He loves the fact that he was a club kid and loves being able to come back and visit his old stomping grounds.

After, Jackson spoke to our members about the importance of listening their mentors, doing the right thing and accepting a punishment/consequences when necessary.
